Big step. We've ordered a reproducible set of blueprints, and I've contacted a local designer who will change the foundation. So now we just need to close on the land. details, details...
Like so many before us, as we start the home-building process, we are searching everywhere for information - collecting books and lists, and slowly filling in the blanks.
As of August, 2008, we started building a house. I am the contractor, and Rob will be doing some of actual work. Some we are subbing out.
